Evan Fallenberg.
Evan is an American-born writer and translator residing in Israel. He is the author of three novels: Light Fell (Soho Press 2008), When We danced on Water (HarperCollins 2011) and The Parting Gift (Other Press 2018).
He has also published English translations of several Israeli writers, including Meir Shalev's A Pigeon and a Boy, winner of the National Jewish Book Award.
An international traveler, Evan has been a fellow at residencies in Canada, Italy, Iceland, China, Switzerland, Portugal and elsewhere.

As well as the company of this charming guest, we will enjoy dining on a Middle Eastern style buffet (with friends perhaps not seen in a while).

The cost is $20.00 per person
Since this is an intimate setting in a private home, the hosts request proof of current (bivalent) Covid vaccine. They also request that you take an at home rapid test before you come. We'll take your word on that. If you test positive we'll refund the registration fee.
On the registration page there is a prompt to upload a picture of your vaccine card.
This Salon will take place in the Providence area home of members. For security concerns, we will send you the address once your registration is confirmed.
