Vigen Sargsyan Speaking
Vigen Sargsyan is an MIT Sloan Fellow and a Munich Security Conference YL member. An Armenian public figure and a former politician who served as the Defense Minister of Armenia and the Chief of Presidential Administration. A graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts and Harvard Universities) and an Honorary Professor of the North-West Institute of Public Administration, Vigen has served as a foreign policy advisor to the Speaker of the Armenian parliament and two Presidents of the Republic through three presidential tenures (2003 - 2018). Currently concentrates on data platforms and serves as a Chief Business Officer in a Boston-based IT company.
